Awesome 24 Hour Panoramic Photo

I bet you haven’t seen anything like this before. It’s a panoramic photograph taken over the period of a day. It shows the transition of the sun across the sky during the day, and star trails at night. Within the picture there are 500 star trails, 35 sun images, and 25 landscapes and it took 12 hours of post processing to complete.

Life in a Day – Live Premier Tonight

On July 24th, 2010, people from all around the world were asked to record a day in their life. Kevin Macdonald and his team have since put together a film using the footage submitted. You can watch the world premier of “Life in a Day” live from the 2011 Sundance Film Festival at 1am GMT as it will be streamed on their Youtube channel. Link after the jump.
