The internet was a buzz yesterday due to TwitPic‘s recent change of the Terms of Service agreement. Many websites (ex: 1 2 3 ) were reporting that the celebrity photo agency WENN, was given “exclusive rights to sell images posted on the TwitPic service.” Many people were upset, and rightly so. Some users even canceled their accounts. By the end of the day however, TwitPic posted a notice reassuring users that they owned all the rights to their photos. Thankfully I don’t own an account and can watch things unfold from a distance.
