Designspiration user Arbuzov found an image of this creative Canon bag which appears to be an advertisement for the Eos 500D. I’m assuming it is an old bag considering the 500D was released back in 2009. I wish they had taken the photo with the bag around someone’s neck, as that would have completed the illusion.
This yet to be named underwater camera housing is designed for an iPhone 4 or 4s. I was unaware there was demand for such a product, but considering how widespread the iPhone camera is being used, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. The handles are specially designed so that you don’t drop your phone underwater, and the housing is rated to 100 feet deep in salt water.They are currently trying to raise funds on Kickstarter where $399 will get you a limited edition Mocean Armor “Pro Kit”, assuming they meet their fundraising goal of course.

A company called Blink is trying to bring colourful lens caps into the world. They are currently trying to raise $55,000 so they can begin production, but unfortunately, it doesn’t look like they are getting a lot of support. If you like the idea, feel free to contribute to their project. Remember that all pledges are returned in the event that their funding goal is not met.
Whether you are a traveling photographer, or just someone who carries their tripod around with them at all times, the Folding Tripod might be a good accessory to have. It’s light weight, and it can be assembled or folded up in a matter of seconds. It comes with a standard tripod mount, and retails for $49. Not a bad price for a tripod.

The EZ Steady is a stabilizer for your DSLR or camera phone. The rig stabilizes itself via an arm with two adjustable counterweights. If you watch the video below, it appears to work incredibly well, which would explain why they have already generated 700% of their goal on Kickstarter. If you pledge $225 (plus s&h), you will get an EZ Steady for $100 less than the expected retail price.

If you’re the type who’s always taking photos with your camera phone, then you might be interested in the iPhone Lens Dial. The case has 3 lenses to rotate into position, allowing for quick lens changes. The three lenses are a Wide Angle, a Telephoto and a Fisheye. It’s quite pricey at $249, but if that’s what you want to spend your hard earned money on, then good on ya.

At the beginning of this year, we featured a crowd funding product by Satarii. The Swivl (previously known as the Star) is now ready for the market and boy does it look sweet. For those who missed it the first time round, the Swivl is a base which holds your camera and follows your movement via marker. You can see the newest version in action in the video below.
While not nearly as cool as CineSkates (which raised an amazing $486,518!), the Camera Table Dolly is a less expensive solution for getting smooth panning shots. This portable system is capable of holding SLRs and Phones alike. It costs $90, which is less than the $315 Cineskates is charging, but I somehow feel that the later would be a little more versatile.
The Light Paint Can is essentially a stylized UV flashlight. Instead of spraying paint, it shines a bright light which is perfect for light drawing. It runs on a AA battery, so unlike a real spray can, you don’t have to worry about it running out. If you have a zoom lens, you might have been a victim of “Zoom Creep” without even knowing it. Zoom Creep is loosely defined as the unintentional changing of focal length while shooting. Lens Band is a simple solution to this problem as the plastic band wraps securely around your zoom ring and the body of the lens, therefore stopping it from moving.
The appropriately named Swivi allows you to view your photographs on a large swivel screen. It also let’s you shoot from low angles without having to lie on the ground. The 5.6 ” LCD screen, which rotates in many directions, powers up using a Canon batter, or a AAA battery adapter which is included.
