Although this is an old video, I have not seen it before, and it is quite comical. This is exactly why you should view a wedding photographer’s portfolio before signing an agreement. Here’s a tip: If you ask your wedding photographer what speed their lens is and they reply “I don’t know”, they’re not a real photographer!

The following short film was created at After Dark, which is a photographic education opportunity located in Tucson, Arizona. I don’t know what else to say, other than this video took a lot of planning and resources (namely people) to pull off. It truly is “Epic”.
If you are as tired of 3D movies as I am, then you will appreciate College Humor’s latest sketch. The following trailer gives a sneak peak at the upcoming Transformers movie, filmed in glorious 1D.
(As far as I am concerned, the only benefit of 3D televisions is that they brought down the price of regular HDTV’s.)
Conan O’brien decided to pay a visit with some of his old co-workers but in the most conspicuous way possible. As he says in the video, “I wanted to do it in a way that wouldn’t be awkward for anybody”. His solution: dress up in disguise and sneak into the frame during the filming of the today show.
Kristian Septimius is the brains behind this creative video featuring two dogs dining at a table. The characters are surprisingly believable and the dogs seem relatively co-operative. Make sure you watch the whole thing as I think the ending is particularly funny.
Sure, why not. Here’s a blog dedicated to photographs of North Korea’s leader looking at various objects. You have to admit, he does look very static.
On Tuesday we posted about Nightmares Fear Factory. The series has become so popular, that over at SomethingAwful, forum users decided to have a little fun by manipulating the photographs. Some of the results are quite comical.

The Onion, a website known for their satirical news, created quite the buzz recently when they posted a story about members of congress taking hostages at the Capitol building and demanding $12 trillion dollars (presumably to pay off the entire debt of the United States). While it’s not uncommon for people to confuse these stories as real, things got out of hand when they tweeted the following message:
BREAKING: Witnesses reporting screams and gunfire heard inside Capitol building.
Without any link to the article on their main site, many people thought the news was real. Word spread fast over twitter, and before you know it, people were calling the police to let them know about the hostage taking. Oops.
In case you’re wondering what your favourite celebrity looks like without eyebrows, here’s your answer. Thanks goodness, because I was awake all night wondering about this very question. On another note, what’s the deal with the Mona Lisa before & after?
It never ceases to amaze me how Photoshop’s tools are growing by leaps and bounds in terms of what they can accomplish. Introducing the new hover hand tool. Party photos will never be the same again.

Have you ever taken a photograph or filmed some video, only to get home and find out that someone walked in front of your lens? This is exactly what happened to Christopher Poole, with comedic results. You may think I am crazy for posting this, but I bet you will watch it more than once.
mydaguerreotypeboyfriend is a website that keeps track of old photographs of men in seductive poses. For those who don’t know, a Deguerreotype (named after Louis Daguerre) was one of the first commercially successful photographic techniques, consisting of a metal plate which was coated with light sensitive chemicals.

Collegehumor has released their second Photoshop Rap video. From this day forth, expect to see an increase in high quality cat photographs.
Some careful planning and a lot of patience went into this video of a man creatively growing a beard. Can you figure out how it was done?
