They have become so routine in my workflow that I could never go back to not using them. In this post I’ll explain what they are and how they are beneficial to your editing your images.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 – New Look and Features

According to AppleInsider, Photoshop CS6 will adopt a darker theme (that somewhat resembles Aperture software) when it is released in March of 2012. I’m not sure why, but they have added a number of 3D related tools. We’ve listed them below. No word yet if the Deblurring tool we saw will be part of this new package. One can only hope.

Photoshop’s Upcoming Deblurring Tool is Amazing

It’s hard to tell from this video, but based on the crowd’s reaction, the upcoming Deblurring tool from Photoshop is too good to be true. This video was taken at the Adobe Max 2011 conference. No word yet on when it will be available. I can’t count the number of photos I have taken that, up until now, I had considered worthless because they were blurry. You know, the only downside I see to this breakthrough is that we can’t make fun of all those CSI episodes where they ask technicians to “enhance” the photographs.

Photoshop’s New Hover Hand Tool

It never ceases to amaze me how Photoshop’s tools are growing by leaps and bounds in terms of what they can accomplish. Introducing the new hover hand tool. Party photos will never be the same again.
